The People-Pleasing Review

A Personalized Assessment & Consultation

1:1 with me! Get insights and next steps without a big time commitment.

Are you stuck in over-functioning and over-giving patterns—
putting your needs and wants aside—to the point that you're drained and depleted from helping and doing so much for others?

Maybe you reach the end of your week frustrated and worn out because you realize you were on autopilot all week, just helping everyone else and doing things for others, and you didn't get to your goals or have any time for yourself.

Or Sunday night you start dreading the week, knowing you'll again sideline your own needs and wants for everyone (or everything) else and have nothing left for yourself.

Then it's time for you to sign up for the People Pleasing Review,

and understand how people-pleasing is getting in the way of your inner peace.

You'll discover what's not working, why you're so worn out, and the blind spots that are keeping you stuck and leaving you depleted, all in under an hour.

At the end of our session together, you will:

  • Recognize your most challenging people-pleasing patterns.

  • Understand what people-pleasing and over-functioning is costing you…how it’s draining you, stealing your time and energy, and affecting your wellbeing.

  • Learn a strategy to recognize your personal people-pleasing triggers and handle them more effectively.

  • Identify the first steps you can take right away to move forward toward breaking people-pleasing patterns.

How it works: You’ll complete a pre-session questionnaire and then hop on a 45-minute call with me to unpack it all and make a plan.

A few important notes as you book your People-Pleasing Review:
When you schedule your People-Pleasing Review, you'll be asked to pay in advance to reserve your spot. After booking your consultation call, you'll receive an email with next steps, including a pre-session questionnaire. Please be sure to schedule your session far enough in advance to complete your questionnaire at least 48 hours before our call, so I have time to review it ahead of time. If you don’t see any available times that work for you, or if you have any questions, feel free to contact me.

One more thing:
The scheduling system may display a message saying your card will be stored for future payments. This is standard language from the software. Rest assured, you’ll only be charged for the People-Pleasing Review.

Dawn mapped out concrete strategies to build on my awareness and continue to understand the patterns of people-pleasing that come up in my daily life. Dawn is supportive and insightful for wherever you are on your people-pleasing journey. She has so much compassion for the difficulty of the work. She meets her clients with kindness and her interventions are relevant and well-paced.
